These terms are an agreement between you and picsxyz ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use picsxyz.
What picsxyz is
picsxyz is an image hosting service. You can upload images, organize them into folders, and share direct links to them.
Your account
- You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use picsxyz.
- If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away.
What you can and cannot upload
You may upload images that you own or have the right to use. You must not upload:
- Anything illegal, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Images you do not own or do not have permission to share.
- Hateful, harassing, or threatening content.
- Viruses, malware, or files designed to harm others.
- Content that abuses the service, such as using it to attack or overload other websites.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and we may suspend or close accounts that do so.
Who owns your images
You own the images you upload. To run the service, you give us permission to store your images and to show them through the links you share. This permission ends when you delete the images or close your account, except for copies that may stay briefly in backups.
Plans and payment
- picsxyz offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan details and prices are shown on our pricing section.
- Paid plans are billed through PayPal on a repeating schedule (for example, monthly) until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Unless the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable.
- We may change prices in the future. If we do, we will let you know before your next payment.
Fair use of "unlimited" plans
Plans described as "unlimited" are for normal personal and business use. To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, we may contact you if your usage is far beyond what is reasonable.
Stopping the service
You can stop using picsxyz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
The service is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep picsxyz running and your images safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, picsxyz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses. Please keep your own copies of important images.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make an important change, we will update the date at the top and, where needed, let you know.
